I had a Mummy MOT with Kim and couldn't recommend it more! I went to Kim as I had been really unsure about when I could start exercising again and what exercise I was able to do. I finished the consultation really understanding the impact pregnancy and birth had had on my body - in particular my pelvic floor and stomach - and feeling confident about how to manage my journey back to my former fitness in a safe way using the program she suggested. Kim is friendly and professional and really put me at ease.
