Mama Fitness and Pilates

Every Tuesday from 7.30-8.30pm on Clapham Common or via Zoom and Thursday at 10.30-11.30am on Clapham Common in the gated Childrens area by the Bandstand.

All stages and abilities welcome and exercises are adapted and progressed accordingly.

All participants must have completed a Mummy MOT assessment to ensure correct exercise prescription

Classes Include:

Cardiovascular warm up

HITT session

Pilates

Core and pelvic floor strengthening

Diastastis recti rehabilitation

Posture correction

£15 per class or £125 for 10 classes
